Ian is involved in agricultural production and trading activities since 1997 when he started his career in Kirovograd (Ukraine) regional office of Tradigrain LLC, as the analyst.
Ian practices individual crop insurance programs administration since 2010. While developing in crop insurance consulting and programs administration, Mr. Shynkarenko also practices different social activities as event management, market analysis, etc.
Among Ian’s most recent successful projects is the technical consulting on setting up a new loss adjustment company in Ukraine for the purposes of the Agricultural Insurance Pool. At the first season of its operations (Autumn 2013), the company has successfully monitored and surveyed 80 000 ha of winter crops for insurance and reinsurance purposes, in all parts of Ukraine.
