Registration

The registration fee includes:

• Access to the conference premises, presentations, panel discussions and event’s handouts
• Lunch and coffee breaks
• Cocktail reception and Conference official reception

Hotel stay and travel expenses are not included in the registration fee. Please make your own hotel and travel arrangements. All accommodations are paid by the participants separately, directly to the hotel. Please see the Accommodation page to book your stay in Tbilisi.

Confirmation
Registration becomes valid upon confirmation of the registration fee transfer received by the Conference Organizers.

Cancellation and refund policy
All cancellation statements and requests must be sent to the Conference Management e-mail — admin@agroinsurance.com

Cancellation requests for the registrations made from November 19, 2019 through March 1, 2020 are subject to refund less a €200, that includes an administrative fee and applicable commissions and taxes.

Cancellation requests for registrations made after March 1, 2020 through April 24, 2020 ARE NOT SUBJECT FOR REFUND. However, if you send a replacement participant, no extra cost will be applied, though the participant fee shall be that in force when the replacement registers.

Waiver
By registering, the participant agrees, accepts, and acknowledges that he/she has no right to assert a claim against the organizers should the holding of the International Conference «Agricultural Insurance, Reinsurance & Brokerage for CIS, Europe & Asia» be hindered or prevented by unexpected political or economic events or generally by force majeure, or should the non-appearance of speakers or other reasons necessitate changes to the event’s agenda.
